"Last night my toilet broke on the handle. I was dreading the fact that I knew it would be way less expensive to fix it myself, but calling out a plumber is like basically $80 no matter if they do anything or not. So.. off to Dorn's. I went in and Kevin helped me figure out what I needed, took the time to not only show me what caused the problem in the first place, but each step in fixing it and preventing the problem in the future. He showed me what tools, how to use the tools properly for the job, and reminded me multiple times about the quirk that the handle nut screws the opposite direction as normal. Came home still dreading it, but pretty confident it was worth $80 to try. I fixed it in less than 5 minutes with ease and I feel great about me, Kevin, the toilet, and the fact that Dorn went way outta the way to help a woman who is NOT handy. Thanks Kevin. Thanks Dorn."
