"They were able to look up which battery my car needed, looked in my engine compartment to see which tools I may need to do the replacement myself, then suggested places that could fit me in last minute when I realized I didn't have the tools needed. They were very friendly and one worker gave me a shop towel once I could return the old battery (it--and my hands--were a little dirty and bothering me)."

"NAPA went above and beyond- couldn't have even wished for this level of service! I went online yesterday morning and ordered and paid for a part for pickup. Online said that store didn't open until 8am. I got a text that the part was available for pick up at 7:45am. Shortly after 8am I went in, and the part I found online turned out to be the wrong part which the nice guy at the store identified right away (I wouldn't have known), and he even installed the brake light for me while I was there! This could have saved me from an accident or getting a ticket! I offered him a tip and he declined. I wish more companies were this awesome and had employees with huge hearts like this guy did. NAPA- give this guy a raise, and clone him- please."
"These guys are amazing. Brady is a gosh dang genius when it comes to vehicles / parts. I return the next day for a plastic “O” ring. The owner ransacks the store and somehow finds what I’m looking for. He looked for the part for 15 minutes and only charged me $0.50. I tossed him a five and said keep the change but he still probably lost money on me. These guys are awesome!!!!"
