"Walgreens is convenient because they are open probably 16 hours a day. Unfortunately the pharmacy was closed for lunch 1:30-2 today. I get that they take lunch but there were four people back there. If they staggered their lunch times the counter could stay open. Oh well!"
"Several times lately have called in prescriptions, they tell me they will be ready the next day at a given time. Go the next day well after that time and they are not there. They say the prescriptions are fulfilled in a central Madison location(never have requested they be fulfilled there ever)? But they can get them for me in about 20 minutes. I have a job I can't wait around 20 minutes. So I have to make another trip when I do have time to waste and wait in line again."

If i were a Walgreens regional manager, i would really focus employees at their stores to follow some-kind-of customer service guidelines. Unfortunately I have to keep using this Walgreens location but it seems to be a customer service issue with other Walgreens stores as well as the pharmacy in Oregon.. smh."
"If I could give zero starts I would. Prescriptions are never ready in any timely fashion whenever my prescriptions are sent here. This time, I have had to wait two days for cough medicine. No responsibility by this pharmacy to get it to me sooner. Between me calling my clinic myself multiple times and this pharmacy multiple times, I could have gone to the hospital and gotten faster service than either one has provided."
"Clean, quick, easy picking up prescriptions or getting vaccines. Went here for my COVID shots. Waited for 15 minutes after signing in, got the shot, stayed for 15 minutes to watch for side effects, left. Nothing special, nothing bad. The vaccination efficiency is the only thing making it a 4."
