"I am deeply disappointed with the service my father received at your establishment. My father, who recently underwent a quadruple bypass and is still in a weakened state, had scheduled an appointment to have his tires replaced on Saturday, 1/27/24. Upon arriving for the scheduled appointment, we were informed that the tire replacement had to be rescheduled. The reason given was that the shop had taken on an unscheduled brake job without an appointment and only had one lift available, which was occupied by the unexpected brake job. It is disheartening to note that when the appointment was originally made, there was no inquiry about the type of vehicle or any indication that such scheduling conflicts might arise. This lack of foresight and consideration for customers' time and well-being is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of your establishment. Given my father's health condition, this situation has caused undue stress and inconvenience. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and address the organizational shortcomings to ensure a more customer-centric and efficient service in the future."
