"I have been here a few times and for the most part they have been pretty diligent on getting the quotes and services done on time, however this last time I was given 3 different time son when my car would be available leaving me without a car for almost 4 days. They said one thing was wrong with it when it wasn’t and then had to order a new part which took a lot longer than I was told. And no one ever answers the phone. I had called 6 times on one day and no one answered. This experience was not at all pleasant to my last few times there. I will not be returning."

"Hello again every chance I get, I’m gonna not patronize this place they said I had too much oil in my engine, took it somewhere else. They said there were nothing wrong with the engine. The Cadillac converter was clogged you people need to be put out of business telling people over and over $2000 to get your car fixed when only was 1000 you need to get your business in Anybody don’t go to this place they are a rip off"

"Negative 10(-10) stars. I have never been in there and there wasn't someone in there to complain about their car. I personally have been there four times. At the current moment I don't know where my car is. The guy working on it somehow unprogrammed my key fob, then said I had to pay to get it reprogrammed. They tried to charge me for work that should have been done the first time I took it in. They worked on the wrong piece, they didn't know the firing order of my engine, even though I was showing them the diagram on chrysler website. He said it was wrong. I just want my car at this point. Where ever it is."
