"On a 1 degree day I called K Komfort. This was because my 6 year young heater stopped heating our house. Aspen answered the phone right away when I called. Collin ( or Colin ) was on time a few hours later. He was very technical, astute, personable and likeable. A colleague brought a valve from the shop quickly. Collin/Colin fixed it. Heat resumed. All is well. Bravo to K Komfort!"

"Do not waste your time. We discussed getting a new relay for my furnace that was not working causing the heat not to kick off. I was told they had to look for the correct parts and would schedule an appointment. I followed up multiple times to get the service completed but have yet to receive a callback. The worst part is they sent me an invoice for work that was never done."
