"There is a reason they get excellent reviews after experiencing first hand! I had high hopes and they didn't disappoint! Found Advent Appliance online doing some research when we needed work done on our dryer and our go to was selling their business since their son didn't want to take over. So glad I came across Josh and Advent! Amazing service. Honest opinions and goes above and beyond performing true fixes and maintenance as a good technician should. It wasn't just a fix and outta there situation. After the initial over the phone quote, they called back saying it will be more due to the particular machine vs. a surprise bill. After discussing and his input, decided to go through with the repairs and glad we did. It's a good machine and we didn't want or have the funds to go out and buy a new one. We are glad we could extend the life on it. Not only did he fix it, he performed maintenance on it that I didn't even know still had to be done out side of emptying the dryer lint tray. He saved us from potential further damage or catestrophe since lint had built up areas I didn't know about. A true professional that is thorough in his work. Being a former IT tech out in the field, I know what it means to go above and beyond to perform routine checks when you are out there for fixes or maintenance. You make sure the client is taken care of beyond just fixes, and he did that. I can't speak enough of the good quality work and tips. Not only the above, but be even took a quick peek at our other appliances and performed quick maintenance on our dishwasher. He showed us how to perform maintenance in the future and quick tips on how to take care of our Washer, Dryer, Oven, Fridge, Dishwasher, etc. Amazing service and every penny worth paying. My only constructive feedback is when I initially tried to reach out, they were out of commission for a few days due to being sick, which is totally fine but there was nothing to indicate otherwise like a general voicemail greeting saying it may be a few days before getting back or something or an OOF reply when e-mailing. So glad I waited though and I did because their reviews were awesome. Also, once they were back after being sick, they were communicative with quick responses. Also like the fact I can text them too! I would 100% reach out to Advent again for any work and maintenance needed."

"I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with this business. From the start, I could tell Advent Appliance provides honest and reasonable service. Our ice maker was replaced (one year warranty on the part and the installation) plus Josh gave us valuable tips on how to prolong the life of our other appliances. I also had ordered (on my own) a replacement part for the interior of our refrigerator and Josh installed it free of charge. You will not be disappointed with the value of this service.
