"My wife and I stopped in for lunch today an we hadn’t been to this location in sometime. It turned out to be a great lunch. Micah took the best care of us today and the rest of the staff were great too. Food was great, it was nice to come back to chili’s as it seems this location made some great changes. We will be back."

"Came in for take out and ordered 1 drink while I waited. I’m 26 from out of state. Bartender said manager had to look at ID—i said okay, figured because it’s out of state. Manager came back and said we’re keeping your ID because it peels easily and some mark isn’t on it. I showed them my debit and credit cards and everything and they said sorry no we’re keeping it. I said how am I supposed to keep driving right now with no ID? Don’t serve me, I don’t care but can I have my ID back please. They still refused. I said I’ll have to call the cops—they said cops won’t come out here for this….I said a non emergency number would. They were so mean for no reason. They ended up giving me back my real ID after i told them the cops thing, and then said we’re not serving you. If you don’t have an in state license don’t have a drink here or you’ll leave without your REAL ID since they gave it back “this one time.”"

"Stopped in for a late lunch, not very busy, bar was closed and alcoholic beverages were unavailable, we are assuming there was no bartender working. Took a bit to get sat, apparently there was only one young girl working. She was only seating in one small section, of which 2 tables were seated and the other 4 were dirty. She quickly cleaned one for us and got our drinks immediately. We did the 2 for $10 lunch deal, which was a great deal. Started with a bowl of soup, though it was definitely NOT a full bowl, we had the chicken enchilada soup, it was delicious, but just warm, not hot. I had the spicy shrimp tacos, they also were barely warm, had good flavor, but were not spicy in the least! The tortilla chips and salsa were great. We also had the chicken chipotle bowl, this was spicy, but great flavor! Bathrooms were not clean, but we’ve definitely seen worse. All in all the food was ok, server was very nice and efficient. They are clearly struggling in the help department so I’m sure we will give them another try."

"VERY poor experience. Our host was unwelcoming and our server was about the same. We ordered drinks and they forgot one for 10mins. Our food was extremely poor, they forgot items and the server didn't come to check on our table a single time, we had to wave an expeditor down. Our server wasn't busy, it was a motivation thing. There seemed to be no care for customer experience by her. Our hot food was cold and our cold food was warm. Chicken was so cold on one meal we couldn't eat it, our quesadillas were basically chips we almost no cheese on them, our hamburger bun was stale and crumbled to the touch and our salad was so warm it was a soggy mess. Server didn't ask how anything was, expeditor had an earpod in, host was almost rude, no visible management, place felt dirty, and poor food quality."

"Service was not great on a Friday night. The hosts were a bit absent-minded and careless (they almost seated people at our table, not realizing we were still there), and the servers did not check us regularly. They even forgot the people across from us for a good while. When they were at our table, they were polite (I say "they" because Preston was training Brittany, and he did very well in offering her insider knowledge of the trade... Well done, Preston). Food was good. The 2 for $25 deal was fun because we got to get an appetizer and dessert. Portion sizes are fair. Highly recommend the skillet cookie!"
