"Went on a Saturday morning looking to have a spray paint can made. This location has done it before on Sat but when I asked today the worker rudely told me “no, I’m not turning the machine on today because we are the only two people here” (him & a coworker). The place wasn’t busy, they both we just standing around. Normally I don’t write reviews but wow, what awful customer service. Avoid this location if you can."
"Very nice customer service reps and I paid less for my headlight here than I ever have anywhere else. I will be going here from now on. He even came outside with me in the rain to make sure I had the right bulb and explain the process of getting it attached. I already knew how, but the gesture was really nice, so 5 stars from me. $30 for a bulb I normally pay 44 to almost $50 for. Thanks Napa team!"
