"Im trying to rent snake machine I have been working on drains for years and the employee (didn’t have the name) and arguing with me and mumbling about it this employee probably knows everything oh yeah his a store clerk younger dude i got Mad because of his attitude to me his trying to impress or look good to the person his training i guess to look good i walk out of store and just both me my own machine at Menards im at this store all the time but this really got in me Good thing theres menards this will be my store from now on"

"Big attitude for no reason from the woman who was taking my returned items. Seems like every time I come here people are rude as hell to the customers. They give you all kinds of attitude when you just ask them for some help. Done going to this story. The one Holt Ave is so much more friendly and helpful"

"You are seriously better off driving further away to a different location than putting yourself through anxiety, frustration and unnecessary stress you will not for sure but very likely endure at this specific location. The majority of the employees here are completely useless, Ignorant, incompetent, rude, careless and inconsiderate. If corporate Home Depot needed a store to use as an example of how not to run a store, not to treat customers and not to make money this specific location could not be a more fitting candidate. Simply do yourself a favor and avoid this location."

"Workers know nothing and do not communicate with the customer. We rented a tool and we had a coupon for the rental. When we returned the tool we weren’t even told the total of the rental and closed the account right away making us unable to use the coupon."

"This is actually one of my favorite stores for hardware and lightbulbs etc. Although I don't know how to use half of the things that they sell. It's cool looking at everything. Start first in the light fixture department for a burst of electric energy. This location is normally always organized and pretty clean. Staff is normally friendly, yet busy but are quick to assist you when they can. The plant department inside could use a little more love; but I think that area is outsourced. Also check for bugs. Cactus normally steal the show; with the outdoor plants next up. Watch out for the long pieces of wood at check out. And have your receipt ready before you head to the door. You will get checked even though staff just watched you get rung up but it's cool they are just doing their job. Looking forward to taking a free workshop. Learning is fun to the mental!"
