"Lumber was all warped but was in and out fast and there was great parking spots. It's hard to find straight, cheap lumber so I can't hold it against them but if they guaranteed straight boards, they'd corner the market ;-)"
"Tried to do curbside recently after 6pm and no one would answer the phones at the store at all. Had to cancel order since I was not feeling good enough to go in."
"Just left. Horrible customer service. They’re very lazy and did nothing to help me when I came to return an already broken fridge, that I carried up 2 flights of stairs - had to unload/reload this fridge by myself, because apparently no one could help me take it from my trunk. I asked if they had one I could exchange it for and they told me I could go check the appliance section and bring it to the front so they could make sure it wasn’t broken. They all look like they hate their lives. Was NOT impressed. Will never return."
"All of their power tools are locked up so if you need to buy one you’ll be standing around forever waiting for someone to come unlock it. Too many cashiers standing around doing nothing but not enough customer service people walking around the store to unlock tools or answer questions. Also, this location is always too crowded. The one in Franklin is nice and quiet and has more workers to assist."
