"The in store service was pretty good but when it came time for delivery everything went downhill, I will not be buying any appliances from this location or business as a whole. Why, because once they came and dropped off the dryer to my home they decided they wanted to leave it on the corner somewhere which was in front of my property and that is not what we agreed to they're supposed to dispose of the old appliance which didn't seem like it would be a hard task since that's their job. also the delivery driver with the "Gold Teeth" was rude and unprofessional, he wanted to argue with me the whole time. I will not recommend them or be back, the only reason I kept the dryer is because it does work and it was already in my basement."
"Terrible experience,they took the time to deliver me appliances that didn't work! When I went into the store the next day I the guy was very rude and did nothing to satisfy my Terrible experience. I mentioned that I knew I couldn't get my 850$ back but if they could at least come remove the appliances so that I wouldn't have to pay for them to be hauled away they wouldn't even take their own appliances back so that let me know that they knew it was trash! I'll never support another black business. He said he'll have someone come repair the product but I never heard anything so now I'm out of another 175 to get washer dryer and fridge hauled away"
"VERY UNPROFESSIONAL EXCEPT a young man by the name of Josh. Friday i Brought a stove and was told that it will be delivered between the hours of 1 and 6 Saturday. They showed up Saturday at 7pm without a stove Instead with a refrigerator told me they would be back. WELL they never came. the communication is horrible Because they never communicated, they did not answer the phone as well. However, I went there today and spoke with Josh and came to an agreement left With my stove only because they were standing on not giving me a refund which I don't believe was fair"
"DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS BUSINESS! They sell appliances that do not work or half work. They are extremely unprofessional. They lie and tell you that you have a year warranty that they do not honor. Worst experience of my life! Such an inconvenience to my life. Go next door! Way better product and customer service!"
