"YUM. Like really...really...yummy. Enjoyed the overall vibe and the jazz music was a really nice touch. Came on a Wednesday after 4 and the pricing was such a good deal - ESPECIALLY for the quality of the food. Kisses to the chef and the team at this amazing establishment."
"The food was delicious as always and the atmosphere was relaxing! However, the bartender seemed a bit distracted with friends as we were trying to order our drinks. Also, the restaurant only has one small menu that you order from, which is at the front counter. So you have to order your food there before you find your own seating."
"Wow, stopped by for lunch. Order Philly steak-tasted great - nice size and included tasty fries. A little wait for my order, but it was worth it. Very nice atmosphere. Some ordered breakfast and I wanted those -gigantic pancakes that I know I would be able to finish. Will be back, they have lounge and live music on some nights."
"Love this place. One of the few places in Milwaukee where I consistently get great food for a decent price. You know the reason why ? It’s black owned and as the owner/chef, he strives for perfection every time. Service is always friendly and ambiance is super chill. They always have some upbeat music or jazz playing and some very comfortable seating. Food might take a while, but it’s worth the wait."
"Nice place. I ordered a Garlic and Herb Shrimp Salad and it took an hour for it to come out. People that ordered after me food came out before mines. No wait staff checked on me and my guests. Chef Eric came out and started a conversation and I asked him where was our salads, my guest ordered the Chicken Parmasean salad an hour for hers too. Both salads were made with the Spring lettuce and 3 jumbo grilled shrimp with the one I had both were over $10. My wine was served in a plastic cup because I was told no glasses were clean."
