"Walked up to the lobby door at 10:30 this morning, and the door was locked. Sign on door stated they open at 10. There was an employee putting nozzles on the soda machines. She saw me and said “We not open” and turned away from me. I asked (thru the closed glass door) what time will you be open. She again said “We not open”, with an attitude, turned her back to me and walked away. So, so rude! I’ll never go there again. Business lost."
"I ordered a whopper and it tasted like trash! The lettuce was wilted and the tomatoes were rotten. The employee who made my sandwich was coughing all over the food, too. There was a large size fly in my soda, I asked for a refund and the dude laughed at me! Worst experience ever, I'm never going back!"
"Staff were personable and food was served quickly. This is where good things end. Five people working and none could: clean bathrooms (gross), Wipe tables, Fix soda machine - one had note saying out of order, cherry coke was clear, guess that ones next for a note."
