"I placed order online spent $15 when I pick up my order & leave I look in the box none of the donuts I ordered are in the box they were out of all the donuts I selected accept 1 & chose for me when I called to find out what can be done I spoke w/a woman who says yes we were out of the donuts you wanted & I asked why accept my order she stated they substituted & I told her w/donuts I do not eat then the phone disconnects I called back at least 10x before they answered again than another woman answers & apologized & says I can come back & pick from what they have left in the store by this time I am home & not going back! Do not waste your time they take your money & do what they want!"
"Made my ice cream cake wrong and refused to give me a refund. Ordered a cake for 12-16 people and they gave me a cake that contained maybe a cup of ice cream and it looked nothing like what I ordered. Customer service is unresponsive and will not work with you."
"I ordered ahead here and when I arrived 5 minutes later they were swamped with customers and hadn’t started my order yet. After several more minutes and a few more customers, one of them looked at my order, told me they were out of hash browns and offered to give me a dollar back. I asked if I could have stuffed bagel minis instead, and they had my order done within a minute. I’m overall impressed with the customer service—everyone gets busy sometimes but they were clearly working hard and wanted satisfied customers."
"When we showed up with our order confirmation number and at the time we were told our order would be ready the two staff members said they had no knowledge of our order. I asked them both what their store address was to make sure I had come to the right address and neither of them knew and had to look it up on their phones. So we were left selecting from what was left. Will look elsewhere next time we want to order donuts for our daughter’s birthday party."
"Ordered for pickup. This is how we received our two donuts. No protection on the frosting and melted all over the bag. I’ve had this happen at the Silver Spring location too (that time ordered via drive up window). Awesome quality control and you can tell employees have pride in their work (says with sarcasm dripping as much as the frosting on these donuts). Some will say “you ordered fast food, what do you expect?” I expect better. I expect to pay for a service and have it be delivered with some bit of care shown."
