Panera Bread

"I ordered delivery with uber for this location for food on 12/29/23 and when my uber driver got there she said there were about 20 people waiting on deliveries, not to mention the people wanting to order. There appeared to be only 2 staff members in at the time and the male couldn’t give an eta on food being done. My driver then asked the female employee a few minutes later who was finishing on packaging up my order. My driver was then told they were 40 minutes behind on online orders. If you’re that behind on orders, turn off your orders or communicate properly to those it impacts. Great service from my driver but horrible service from the staff here."

"Cashier was surprisingly rude, older Caucasian woman possibly in her 70s made me feel like she didn’t want to help me when I needed help told me to look at the board it’s up there ! then when I told her about a sandwich she said I don’t know what you’re talking about a customer behind me had to help her look for it tell still tells me I’m wrong again and said that’s not a pizza mind you I told her it’s the picture next to the pizza. She made me feel unwelcome that I couldn’t even ask any questions. she comes off offensive mind you this is my first time coming to Panera everyone doesn’t know what they’re looking for with experiencing a new food place and what they are offering to them. Maybe she needs to work on a little bit of patience and more pleasantness really was hoping to have a good day but she kind of put a damper on it by making me feel like, I was slow because I didn’t know where things were on the menu maybe I’ll try another day"

"This used to be my favorite place to come to eat. Now the wait time is unbelievable when there is no people in the restaurant. Everytime we come the wait gets longer and longer and the quality of food seems to be getting worse. Really wish it would get better but it doesn’t look like it’s looking up. Over 15 minutes waiting for two soups and a turkey sandwich."

"Panera is always good! I love to go here for a nice lunch. Though can be pricey depending on what you get. My favorite is their mac and cheese bread bowl & tomato soup in a bread bowl!"

"I was a meetings at our Milwaukee plant today. We had breakfast brought in from Panera. The guy that delivered the food was super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious…. Bagels and cream cheese, Danish, Fruit, Yogurt parfaits…. And the coffee and orange juice were both good too. You can’t go wrong with Panera! Mmmm!!!"
