"They made my wife’s order with the wrong milk. We waited for 10 minutes and when asked about what the delay was, we were informed that the milk was wrong. They proceeded to re-make the order and ended up giving us the wrong size. Would never come back. Please hire baristas that care."
"A bunch of pissy women who are angry. I had a Trump hat and shirt on, and they were not very nice to me huge Attitude towards me and my clothing. I brought my own cup in like I do daily to Starbucks. I wanted a refill on my coffee and asked for a refill my personal cup was not empty and would not get me a refill in a paper cup."
"Great place! I've often been a laptop hobo, chilling here for hours working on my homework and novel, (drinking waaay too much coffee) and the staff is *always* polite and courteous! Once I ordered on a busy Saturday morning and they were so busy and backed up I had to leave for work before they had my order ready, they immediately made it right and took care of it! Friendly and caring staff! Great spot!"
"I’ve never had a problem with this location before however, I asked for light ice in my drink today and the cup was literally filled to the top with ice. I got maybe six sips out of my venti drink. As you can see in the picture the cup is filled to the top with ice and is probably the most ice i’ve ever gotten in a starbucks drink, I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this was disappointing"
"Went in with my dad and got a drink coffee place was big and clean customer service was okay a lot of seating for a place that was not that busy customer service was okay aswell but could be better more smiles and a warm welcome would make this place a 5 star"
