"This location is so much closer than driving to Franklin! The girls who I've seen in the morning are so nice, and that one girlie was absolutely slaying despite someone calling out sick and being all by herself. Coffee and other beverag options are really good for me (picky eater) but this is a place my coffee snob bestie and I can go to and still get what we want. There are two cool half booths with outlets that are pretty tempting to hang out to study. There is a drive thru, but it's very small, can fit like 3 cars max. Not a problem, but during busy hours there gets to be quite a car conga line and there really isn't space in the parking lot for it. But there is plenty of parking and I don't mind going in. Love you Biggby ❤️☕"

"I'll be honest when they first opened we fell in love with the new coffee spot. We love supporting smaller businesses and the prices and great coffee really got a hold of us. But over the last few months something has been off. The drinks just aren't on point like they used to be. I stopped going to the big Girl in the coffee game but I'll be honest for the price their the drinks are always on point. Now we want to continue to support you guys and are not mad at all just want to let you know so maybe you can pass whatever info along to your management team. Once again we love you guys and want to continue to support you and your team. We love dropping off pizza for your team to enjoy as they always are polite and so upbeat."
