"The little walk up window is where you order some of the most delicious food! The owner is so nice-suggested the sandwich. Delicious! It was the softest pretzel bun I've ever eaten!! It was my 1st time there and I will definitely be going back!!"
"My absolute favorite was the pretzel!!! I loved the schnitzel as well but the seasoning on the pretzel was amazing. I didn’t have anything that tasted bad. I’m a HUGE fan of the ketchup as well! I’m so Proud of Mat, I remember when this place was something he spoke about. If I’m being honest, I’ve lived in Germany for a little while and I’ve tried schnitzel there a few times, a few different places and was not a huge fan of it. Not being biased but here at Bo’s the food is very impeccable! Even the potato salad was amazing! I currently reside in Texas and I hear I was the first customer out here in the South and would love to see it Bo’s expand out this way!!! If you haven’t tried it yet, what are you waiting on?!!!!!!?!"
"We love this place. The food keeps getting better every time we come here. The waffle fries are perfectly seasoned and perfect texture. The chicken schnitzel sandwich is so good. Great portions and options (pretzel buns are so good). Service is quick, super friendly and they bring it all to your car! Like I said, this place keeps getting better and better every time we come."
"The schnitzel sandwich was very tasty. It was crispy and fairly light considering. It does come with a curry sauce of some kind by default. I thought it was good, but not what I would associate with a traditional schnitzel. The coleslaw is a vinegar-based slaw. It was unremarkable. The potato salad was a bulk-ordered style with extra mustard and fresh dill. It was decent."
"Fantastic food! My wife and daughter aren't super keen on German cuisine, but they thought this was an absolute home run. The homemade ketchup is truly delicious, the potato salad is probably the best I've ever had and the schnitzel was perfect. Make sure you order it with double meat! The service was extremely friendly and quick. The whole experience ensures we will definitely be back."
