"I have been going to this thrift store for over 8 years. The staff at donations are always crabby! Staff in the store for the most part are not very friendly. The cashier's don't even say hi to the customers. I have experience working with the public since I was 16. I know how important it is to smile and say hi to everyone I come in contact with while I'm working. I do like the store and the prices. I always leave with a bag or 2 of items I'm happy with. I have spotted items that should not have been placed out for sale and when I gave them to the staff they just look at me like I'm crazy! I'm positive they put the items back out after I leave the store. For example; sample size containers of baby formula that obviously stated on the container " Sample not for sale". Like I said, I like the store and continue to shop and donate. I guess I've gotten use to the staff's behavior."
"On occasion, they might have an interesting item for sale, but I have never been to a business, ANY business more concerned with the time they close. You can be in the store 15 minutes before they close, and they are on your case the whole time. Look, I get it. You want to be done with work at 5 o’clock. But you are a business that makes money by selling donated goods to customers who also have lives and busy schedules. The sign says you are open until 5, not 4:47… Ease up a bit, Karen."
"Newly remodeled to add bathrooms and more work space for the employees. Parking lot has also been resurfaced. Retail space did not really expand with the renovation. It is a hit or miss as far as what you are looking for and may find. Prices are far cheaper than Goodwill. Go here first if you are out thrifting.
