"Ordered the beef and cheddar meal. Sandwich came cold and fries were like warm. Also had to wait for the person running the register to show her little kid how to clean tables. Yes they have little kids bussing. Pretty sure that's not legal. I understand times are rough but that's not safe nor sanitary."

"We ordered Reubens and were very disappointed. One with the bread on the side and one regular. With the combo, I was told that they would replace fries with mozzarella sticks as equal value. The only thing that was hot was the mozzarella sticks, and I was upchraged $3.50! The girl at the register said she's new and didn’t know the upcharges. The regular reuben was barely warm, and the bread wasn't grilled. My reuben without bread came in a little bowl, and it was barely warm, and the cheese wasn't even melted. When I asked about the bread and the oversll food temperature, the "lead" worker said they have to follow the microwave instructions so food isn't overcooked. She also said that she ran the bread through the toaster twice. They both ignored us after this, and we weren't offered any compensation. We'll never go back!"

"Waited in the drive thru while waiting for employees to take our order. An employee said they would be with us as soon as they could across the speaker. We thanked them for letting us know. We watched as people drove away because no one was taking their orders. We patiently waited. When an employee finally started taking orders. They took orders from the other lane only and never once came back to take our order. We eventually left as well. I understand it’s close to a holiday and they may have been short staffed. We returned about 15 minutes later and was able to place an order. Due to the experience we give a rating of F+ to Arby’s in Platteville."

"Nice clean location. Service was fast and friendly. The three gentleman who were working the night I stopped did a great job of getting the orders prepared during a rush with a baseball team."

"20-30 min in line. ordered a big roast beef, beef and cheddar, 1fry and 1 order poppers. watched guy stare blankly at screen for quite a while and put stuff into a bunch of diff bags. lady came back to drive thru window and went to help him and was overheard saying "ive told you twice what this bag needs". it gets bagged and handed out. as we leave town I go to get my poppers and.... theres only fries... had i not been across town with an hour drive home, id have gone back... Hope yall can do better for bigger orders since ya messed up a small easy one!"
