"I would not recommend dealing with this store, or any representative from Ashley Furniture in the area. I purchased a bed and Protection plan, within 3 months the bed frame had broken due to poor construction quality. When making a claim I was told an exchange or an instore credit. I chose instore credit and used it to buy a different piece of furniture due to not wanting another poor quality bed. The whole process over the course of 4 to 6 weeks, there was no expression that the broken bed needed to be returned or picked up. It was disposed of as I was given a credit not an exchange. Weeks go on and I spend hours in the store in search of a product which was approved to use my credit on, the piece comes in and I pick it up and they call me looking for the old broke product after weeks of this process. They blame me for not asking if it had to be picked up and I'm the one liable, now they want the new product back. In unused condition(after its been out together). They will not accept the faults of there process not being explained and letting weeks go on of it not being stated it has to go back. Now I'm out my original money on the bed, have no bed, And no replacement product. Up until this, all interaction was fine, but this really shows they don't care about you, or making things right. They messed up, but i am liable."
