"took my car for tires to another shop, in la crosse, a few days before, they said my tires needed to be changed due to 4/32 on rear, went here to get my remote start fixed and they told me it was 7/32 and nothing wrong with my hubs or tierods. one is telling the truth, one is not. but the first one wanted me to schedule for another set while there. so long story short they seem honest and just want to do what is asked. one woman was there and they spoke with her a few times on issues and did not pressure her for repairs and told her if it was a safety issue or could go a bit longer without it. they seem like good people that care. BUT bring a coat and heated socks, my feet were freezing when I left after waiting."

"Bought a car from Morrie's in Tomah for my daughter. Turns out there was a recall on a part on the transmission that should have been fixed before we bought it. After going in and talking to Brian, he handled the issue very professionally and got her in a loaner vehicle while hers was being fixed. Car was repaired in a timely fashion with no complaints yet. I believe the issue should have been fixed before we bought it, but am very happy with how we were treated after the issue was discovered. Brian was top notch for sure."

"We were traveling across the state and had car trouble. We stopped to check a code at the local auto parts store and it showed that there was an issue with one of the cylinders missing. We stopped at this dealership right before the Christmas weekend to try to get some assistance. Regardless of closing within the next hour, they agreed to take a look knowing what the problem was. They were able to change a spark plug and get us on our way. It did cost a bit but the willingness to get us back on the road when they were about to head out for the holiday weekend was definitely appreciated and it saved our own holiday plans! Very friendly staff and empathetic to our needs!"
