"Took car in for an alignment because I bought new tires. They asked me why I needed an alignment and I told him. Now I don't know anything about cars and I didn't realize I needed to tell them there was a pull to the left. As previous experiences at other auto shops when I've bought new tires for my car I've never said anything more then I need an alignment done, and after it was done my car was good, no pull nothing. I take it here and I still feel the pull. Let the hubby know and he called them and they said I never let the know about the pull, true because I didn't think I had to, and that my car never needed an alignment and how other things were wrong but nothing to be to concerned about right now. So if I "NEVER" needed an alignment why did you do one and charge me $54 and some change? They tried to tell my husband that they told me that and they didn't. They only told me about the other problems. So my suggestion to anyone, go somewhere else or never let your wife go alone, be there with her or take it for her. Because I feel like because I was a woman that had no lnoknowle about cars I was taken advantage of. Oh then they said well she can bring it in and we can fix it but it's gonna cost you $400, um no thank you. I'll go somewhere else."
