"Worst case of lazy people and poor service I have ever seen. McDonald's treats people better. Had an appointment to have 2 tires installed showed up 12 minutes early to an empty shop everyone standing around talking. Left the area to wander through Walmart came back after 15 minutes to be told they're unable to jack it up because there's to much rust. First off you don't jack a vehicle up by the body 2nd when I returned to get the vehicle the door was wide open. Would never recommend having anything done on your vehicle at this Walmart."
"The Mechanic working on the car was amazing, the management however lost our appointment but luckily they managed to squeeze us in. This place is grossly understaffed and I could feel the stress and the pressure put on the employees because of it. It's no fault of their own it's just the world we're living in and the corporate environment. It's a shame because the mechanic working on our truck was really helpful and quite skillful and talented. I wish him the best and hopefully he finds somewhere better to work. We wound up getting four new tires. The price and quality of the tires is exceptional."
