"I have been going to this dunkin since it opened, but I am shocked how downhill it has gone so fast. I had some food forgotton this morning, and instead of just fixing the issue, I was met with the employee trying to argue with me. I proceeded to show her my mobile order and the contents of my bag, then she pulled me forward, and I waited. When I was given my missing items, I said thank you and she slammed the window in my face. I will not be treated like this again and I suggest others stop going there are well there are many other amazing coffee places in town that won't treat you like garbage."
"Dine in wasn’t an option, we went through the drive thru, items listed on the menu were not available. We were given our donut and roll at the first window, but waited for almost 15 minutes to get our cold brew coffee and mocha latte. Total time going through a drive thru took approximately 25 minutes."
