"Once monthly pizza for the office crew and once a month for fam for years at the Mauston location. Had an issue with a pickup this weekend and called to report. I made it clear that I wasn't asking for a refund or replacement. This particular incident was the worst among recent incidents and I'd finally reached my limit. Something that clearly happened prior to my receiving my pizza was passed off as "out of their control once it leaves with customer." I get that and appreciate that. Only, the issue clearly happened inside the restaurant and it was pointed out twice by whoever answered my call that 1) I was either lying or seeing things 2) it simply didn't happen and if I said it did, I was either lying or seeing things. That's cool. We're good and we will gladly give another local business our money going forward."
"Me and my family went there and the food came out quick enough and the breadsticks were good but my dad found a piece of chicken bone in the pizza and told the coworker about it but they didn't even get the manager to look at it. They did give us a free cookie but we had six people and it was only one. And there was only a couple people which shows that it isn't a real good place to eat."
"Pan pizza is the go to. The Mexican pizza came with sour cream and was ok. It's no Happy Joe's taco pizza, and I won't order it again, but for something different, it was worth a try."
"I order food for delivery at 6:05 pm on line. The website said it would be delivered around 6:53 pm. I got a text at 6:25 it was out for delivery. At 7 pm, I called it check out where it was. They said that it just left for delivery. They said the online ordering don't take in account for the stores actual times. Beware when you order on line that times are not accurate."
"We stopped in to grab some lunch since we stopped at the Kwik Trip. Let me tell you, this is by far the best Pizza Hut we have had in a while. And as an added bonus, the employee was beyond nice, very friendly and personable. I marked this on my map; because we are truck drivers and definitely want to come back when we're in the area."
