"no fitting rooms. no returns or store credit. exchanges only. quite outrageous model if you ask me especially considering their prices. have your associates emphasize this policy upon checkout AND have a very large and clear sign at checkout counter"
"For a building that is at 80% clothing, not having fitting rooms available was shocking to me. When I asked an associate about it, I was advised to try the clothes on out on the sales floor. When I remarked that I wasn't comfortable I was then offered to purchase the items and then take them into the bathroom to try them on. However, if I did not like them I'd be eligible for an exchange/return. Since I'd selected at least 10 items to try on, the idea of purchasing all of them just to return all of them was offensive.i left without buying any clothing because of this."
"Great finds BUT there's no fitting rooms. And no store credit. Just exchanges. They also don't have color days off. Not my favorite one to go to."
"Fair prices, clean store, friendly staff. Definitely a good place to look. Shoes and shorts pictured, plus a drink, for under $21? I’d say that’s a good deal. Does not always have what you may be looking for, so come by often."
