"Lobby is never open. Drive thru line is always wrapped around the building. Parking lot is way too small, even for a compact car. If the lobby is open by chance, you can never get in or out of a parking spot due to the length of drive thru line blocking you in. Every time I stop it’s over a 20 min wait, which shouldn’t even be considered fast food anymore."

"My local Taco Bell has always been good to us. The food is what we order and the price is good. I like using the app to order so the food is ready when I arrive and I don't have to wait in the long drive thru line. We have been eating here 2 times a week on average for years!"
"Horrible customer service.. might have been just the guy I experienced.. but did a mobile order.. he had no idea who I was.. but my order was sitting on a counter the hole time.. just sad. Not to mention the taco I got.. who knows.. should have went somewhere for a salad I guess."
