"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. While I have always enjoyed the food at your restaurant, the service I received this time was unacceptable. Our server barely spoke to us and seemed to avoid our table. She stopped at every other table around us, but she ignored us completely. We had to stack our plates and wait for her to bring us boxes and our check. When we finally went to the register to pay, she suddenly appeared with our check and presented it to her manager. Despite the poor service, the food was excellent, as always. I am grateful that the quality of the food made up for the lack of service. I hope that you will take steps to ensure that this type of service does not happen again. I am a loyal customer of your restaurant and I would like to continue to enjoy the food without having to worry about the service."
"The cook doesn't know the difference between over medium and over hard eggs. As always, the bacon is paper thin but crispy. The french toast doesn't taste like it was dipped in egg. My server was nice, and her name was Jolene."
