Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Cleanliness of this store is awful. Had a food inspector walked in when we went this place would be shutdown. Tables not cleaned, garbage/food and drinks spilled on the floor. Countertops….oooofffff. Had a decent burrito though. See how tomorrow goes."

"Why is it that some quality control person cant make sure that the order is correct. Both take out orders were absolutely wrong and neither of us had the chance to eat our dinner as ordered because they were wrong and we did not have time to drive back to Chipotle to get it right. When I contacted customer service they gave us two regular meals but they did not cover the extra meat that we ordered. Remind me why I even eat here, this has happened more times than I can count And when you call the store no one answers so not sure how they will ever get better, it's like our feedback doesn't even matter."

"It’s toobad the St. Croix Health inspector does not even care to take my complaint about this disgusting, filthy place seriously. How can they run a restaurant and not clean it. Shut this place down already. If you are the “local owner” like the health inspector told me, you should be ashamed. How have you not stepped in to remedy all the issues that are so obvious when you step inside the door. Can you imagine what the rest of the place looks like. It’s been like this for months. I asked the employee, who is responsible for cleaning and he said the night shift usually is. Even the windows are filthy. Hire someone to come and clean if your employees refuse otherwise you have no business operating. Good riddens!"

"Last disappointing meal I ever get from this location. Won’t be coming back ever. This is the most disgusting chipotle I have ever been in. The last 4-5 times my wife and I have gone there have been extremely disappointing. I have been a customer since this location opened, but in the last couple years it has turned into a cesspool. Food scraps on every surface, food servicing stations absolutely disgusting, floors are filthy, food prep is sub par and slow… Maybe you can’t get quality staff because it’s just simply unattractive to any potential worker who gives a hoot. It also looks like management and ownership is non existent. Staff have zero standards, and you’re lucky you have not been shut down yet. If you want to see a real chipotle, go to grand ave in St. Paul. Phenomenal on all levels. This location is amateur at best."
