"Great service! Luke is not interested in doing work that doesn't need to be done - He tried to save me money and called the Kia dealership because there was a service bulletin on the car. We found out there is an extended warranty on my car, but the code showing on the engine isn't covered under it... Luke tried to explain why it should be, but ultimately they wouldn't budge. Honest and trustworthy are words I would use after this first exchange there. Imperial will be my first call anytime my car is in need of service!"
