"The service people were great. The problem is that they don't have enough people working. I spent most of my time waiting in line with several people to get checked/out & questions answered. They need people that are just to work on getting people checked in/out, customer service for just the auto care area. That way the auto techs can just work on the vehicles. Which could speed up services & allow for more customers to be serviced."
"Stood there for 30 minutes while they helped someone else. There to get my 4 tires mounted & they were aware of that. Once it was my turn at the counter they finally gave me the courtesy to say they didn't have time. 10 second interaction"
"Literally one of the worst oil changes I've ever had. The staff is rude, uncoordinated, literally the slowest I've ever had to wait for a change. They don't respect people's time and I'll never come to get my car dealt with here again. Truly awful."
