"Poor meal on Thursday September 9 chicken was supposed to be fried and it came baked called on Friday to mention it to the manager and he proceeded to tell me that the chicken is baked before they fry it who exactly does that I will never recommend them to anyone promised a refund and entire amount deducted from my account promised a veteran discount NOPE thank you for nothing will be taking my business and money elsewhere"

"Waitress Katie was fantastic! The food was alright. Loaded tots were really good! Our order was: jalapeño burger and French fries, a meatball sandwich with no green pepper with the side being tots. The kitchen got our order completely wrong. We received a full order of loaded tots prior to our meals. These were really good! But, it wasn't what we ordered. The waitress apologized and said she wasn't charging us for a full order. OK... so the jalapeño burger and French fries arrived about 10 minutes later with a "your meatball sandwich will be out shortly" - which is fine but a bit strange. We're expecting both meals to be served at the same time, but ok, we're flexible. The entire burger was eaten by the time the meatball sandwich finally showed up some 20 minutes later! First glance, we can see the sandwich is loaded with green pepper. Now, my husband is "HANGRY" - and there's also a side of French Fries on his plate to boot! So, we ask for a box because we're not going to throw away an $18 sandwich! Our waitress was very good about the kitchen's errors. The errors made were taken off our bill. The place wasn't overly busy, so we're not sure why we got so many errors made with our order. Maybe inexperienced staff? Short staffed? But, it wasn't terrible! The Bloody Mary's were very tasty! The meatball sandwich was eaten by me for lunch the next few days (it was enormous!) And, it was a decent sandwich."
