"Only going downhill. Every single time I order pick up or delivery the order is wrong. When ordering NOT toasted I get it toasted every single time. I ALWAYS unselect the toasted button. I had them remake it this time and they didn't even warm up the rotisserie chicken. I worked at a subway back in the day and never ever did we have this many mishaps. The store on Knowles is notorious for screwing up even the simplest order. Ex. A foot long ham doesn't come with 4 slices of ham!!! There are cheat sheets literally in front of you when making sandwiches. Use them!!!!"
"The two people working when we were in the evening of 1/23/24 were fantastic. They handled lots of online orders, drive through, and a line of people inside. They were professional, polite, and apologetic of the wait. Amazing service, will return!"
"I ordered threw door dash, and got a turkey sandwich, american cheese, and ranch. Yesterday. Which was the only thing I ate yesterday. Last night after getting home I spent the rest of my night with violent food poisoning. Throwing up so much to the point where I just slept in my bathroom. Absolutely disgusted. I urge everyone to go somewhere else"
