I get the same drink very frequently at this Starbucks as I work just down the road and tend to tag along with my coworkers. I have never had an issue getting no ice but this is nuts. I spent like 5 dollars for a drink I get to drink half of? Yea no dude awesome. Thanks dude. I have many other stories of my simple order being mixed up food wise in the past but those have never been an issue as I actually get something. But this is hilarious."
"This place needs an attitude overhaul and some lessons on how to make a drink. Oak Park Heights and Hudson are far superior. It's a shame. They do however need new management. I don't need fake smiles and talk but not being rude and learning to make a drink properly kinda feels like what you need to be able to do to hold a position. They also need to take cash a little better. If you can't give change for a hundred it becomes an issue. Use a cashless sign or get change."
