"I've been a customer for about 8 years, and of late the service has gone to heck. It now takes over a week to even ship an order. This has happened twice in the past month, once for a pair for me and another for my wife two weeks apart. The proprietor is a nice guy but he *really* needs to step up his game here. You get no shipping notice or tracking information when you order or your order ships. You're just in the dark, hoping some day they show up unless you call. In today's e-commerce world, this is patently unacceptable. I recommend you order through Amazon."
