"Low quality products, shady business practices, poor customer treatment, And that's just for buying from them. As far as selling to them, it's not worth your time as they will only pay you a third of its value and the value is what they say it is 90% of what you bring them they will not want and most of what they will take from you. We'll more than likely only be one or $2 per item. After venting my frustrations and asking for reasonable answers, I was banned from the store. Not that I wanted to return anyways."
"Saw sizes 10 and 12 in the plus size sections which is just incorrect for starters, the store was difficult to maneuver around, the staff seemed fine but (this is anecdotal) I know people who have tried to donate there and had a negative experience, this was a while ago so who knows if there’s new managing or something but yeah it’s just. Not good for the mental health of anyone that is larger than a medium. Won’t be returning."
"came here and everyone was extremely disrespectful and stuck up, the website claims to be 20-30 minutes but for 1 bag of clothes it took them 4 hours, it appears that a bunch of lazy high schoolers work here, i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone Edit: After looking at the reviews i’ve noticed almost every comment talked about how bad the customer service is but yet it’s still the same as it was a year ago! Do better plato’s"
"I like the new expanded building! Large selection of clothes. However, like other reviews have said, a lot of the employees are snobby/have RBF. I understand not wanting to be at work, but the looks I was given for simply putting the clothes I didn’t want on the discard rack after trying them on was ridiculous… after that I put my own clothes back where I found them to avoid being glared at, which I shouldn’t have to do since it’s literally their job! Don’t get me wrong, there were a few employees that were kind and helpful, but honestly- the majority of them were snobby/rude. Another thing is I was told they didn’t take certain items because they were over 2 years old (I understand the policy and have been told this almost every time I’ve sold them clothes) but yet they took a pair of boots from several years ago.. but they didn’t take practically brand new American eagle jeans or sweaters from just a few months ago… just kinda odd."
