"So I never go to Jimmy John's, I was hungry and thought I'd go there. Ordered the tuna, didn't realize it contains onions and celery. Took a bit and was severely disappointed. Wish the ingredients of the tuna were listed in the description. Ended up scraping off the tuna and eating a bread, tomato, lettuce, and cucumber sandwich. Partially my fault but also nothing in the sandwich description listed those ingredients."
"Ordered a 10 and a jj but bread was hard as a rock and over cooked orderd 2 orders of pesto gave me 2 orders of potato salad asked for ice in my sweet tea there was none. I always tip. Won't order again for awhile usually order at least twice a week very disappointed this time."
"Never seen so many employees "working" yet not actually doing any work. We were ignored while attempting to place our order as the employees were more embroiled in conversations with eachother about their own drama. The cashier acted like we were intruding on her personal time when she finally acknowledged us and took our order. Lovely surly personality. Our two sandwiches took over 10 mins to be made even though the place was completely empty and again there were at least 6 employees standing around just talking. Completely unprofessional setting. No plans of ever going back."
"The service was excellent! Staff is super nice and really helpful. I visited a few days ago and wasn’t sure what to get, but I was helped to figure out what I wanted. They also don’t skimp on the portions. They pack up your sandwich up! We totally recommend!"
