"Ordered a crunchwrap Supreme. In the 5 minute drive to work, it was completely cold. Took 3 bites wondering where the meat was so I opened it up and maybe had a teaspoon of ground beef and the rest was all cheese. I should have known better then give this place a chance."

"Well at first I was upset that they asked me if I wanted sauces and I said diablo and they gave me 5 fire and 2 hots. But then I realized that it’s an upgrade from the 10-15 times they ask me and literally don’t give me any at all. Crazy thing is that she even rung up diablo. Somehow those listening skills deserve more than people that drive ambulances."
"This taco bell is amazing. I've had drive-thru service with them as well as Door Dash service. The employees are so friendly and considerate. I had my English Springer Spaniel with me on one of my drive through visits and the kind lady asked if he could have a people food treat. Of course I said yes, and he LOVED it. (Their chicken is delicious) Ordered Door Dash last night from here and that order was satisfactory as well. They put the sauces in a separate bag and labeled that on it with a cute little smiley face. It's obvious to me the employees here enjoy their job and have excellent customer service skills. Keep it up Superior Taco Bell. You're doing great. And your prices are amazingly affordable as well. I cannot say that for any other fast food restaurant in Superior as their prices are extremely outrageous."
"Hadn't been to TB in a while. Now I know why. Food was just edible, nothing very good. Service was fairly lousy. All these places pay so much attention to getting people through the drive-through that an inside diner is basically ignored. Not very clean either. I do like their pop choices, so there's that."
