"A lot of the tester products seemed dirty, missing or damaged but they did manage to have what I was looking for. I spent a long time trying to find where certain products were in the store. No one asked me if I needed help"
"I came to the store and it's filthy. It's dirty the employees did not care for the store is crowded and it's just dirt everywhere."
"Everything was perfect when I went in with my sister and then all of a sudden a herd of 10 year olds or even younger come in rushing in to get the products i needed. I ended up coming out with just a fragrance. I needed more of my skin care products and some other products for my sister (since it was her birthday that day). I waited so long in line because a lot of little kids were complaining about products running out and not being able to get their way. I would recommend that people or kids under the age of 15 shouldn't be coming into the store unattended and acting rude to other people around them. This is just very bad in every way because the employees ignored me when I asked for help and helped some little girl instead of us."
"Honestly I always have such good experiences with the employees the girls are so nice I went in today to exchange a foundation that didn't work for me and it was so easy the girl I think her name was Taylor literally showed me some of her favorite foundation ended up buy one of her recommendation and I'm so excited to try it. Literally I had so many bad experiences in other sephoras but this location literally is the best.."
