"I made the mistake of trying to color my own hair to save money after growing out my own less than desirable hair color. It was a disaster of orange and yellow and I was stuck trying to figure it out. I went to Sally looking for a recommended blue shampoo but a very sympathetic sales girl recommended an appointment in their new studio space. The pricing was so reasonable that I was able to say yes. I was connected with Luci who worked a true miracle on the mess that was my hair color. She knew how to mix different toners to find just the combination I needed. Thanks to her skill and the sweet young lady who recommended I use their services, I can once again leave the house with my head held high. Thank you Luci and Studio by Sally! Amanda"

"This store has all the usual Sally Beauty stuff, but it's awfully tiny. Very hard to maneuver around the aisles when other people are present. Especially tight around the two registers at the front. Prices are average and rising. **NOTE: if you're looking for the popular cool blonde Wella toners (T-18 and T-14, etc) you MUST ASK FOR THEM AT THE REGISTER.** I'm told they tend to walk out of the store otherwise. *One thing that concerns me most is that SALE PRICES DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY RING UP AT REGISTER.* You have to WATCH CAREFULLY what's being rung up and TELL THE CASHIER the sale price. (Cashier then has to go find the product on the shelf and verify the sale price. A little worrisome as well as time-consuming.) If you don't tell the cashier about the sale price you'll be paying FULL price for all your sale items. Very bizarre. What retail store doesn't have their sale prices programmed into the register already?? I plan to find another Sally in the area to compare and see if it's any different."

"Terrible customers service! I walked in before closing for clippers. Upon walking through the door I was blatantly asked what did I want because they were closing. I said I wanted hair clippers and she said that she had already locked them away. However there was a few on the shelf behind her and there was another customer already checking out. Needless to say you will never get my business again. I will not spend my dollars where rudeness prevails over customers!"
