"Why do they have paper timesheets instead of online?!?! If I get a message saying there is a problem with my time sheet, I have to call and wait for who knows how long, to talk to someone who has no idea what they are doing. Such a waste of time. Not sure how they stay in business. Some people are helpful/competent, but most are absolutely useless. No help at all. If you are looking for efficiency, professionalism, or basic help, this is not the place to go. Don't waste your time."
"Do not go with this company!! Not only did their provider take my son into the bathroom with her so she could use the bathroom when he is going on four years old. She was late every single day. She was stealing things out of my house. Both her and the company lied to me about her being pregnant when she should have never referred her to me in the first place pregnant my son has autism and he could have hurt her baby while having a temper tantrum. Not only that but the woman had forged my signature and tried to make copies of her own timesheets. And they allowed everything when I made complaint about her showing her body parts to my son they decided to drop my son as a client in retaliation. I will be filing medical negligence suit and more."
"So my sons rest they won’t be coming in today being that he’s been watching my son since November 6 and only qualified for $600 so now I’m possibly about to lose my job because I don’t have nobody to watch my autistic child"
"Manos is a great service for parents who had disability children or grown adult children. It's also a good opportunity to work as a care provider. But it's very important to read work manual and get to know your client. follow the rules of the parents in the home. This can be enjoyable position if you have understanding and patient. And get involved with the client's Needs. There's training in the CPR classes"
