"I’ve resold clothes here once, and it was a quick and straightforward process. Their children’s resale is always excellent quality and a fair price. You can often find items with tags still on them. The staff is helpful, and the store is jam packed with clothes, toys, books, costumes, and everyday baby care and toddler care items."

"I love Silver Moon Kids!! I have been shopping at Silver Moon Kids for 23 years now. I brought the dinosaur rain boot, rain coat, and matching umbrella for my dinosaur loving son in 1999 when they were on Grand Ave. Every baby shower, birthday party, and holiday gift are bought here and loved by the receiver. Their used products are named brands and high quality. If you need something for your little human this is your store!! Loyal customer for 23 years and counting!"

"Do not go to this place? 2 out of 3 workers were very rude. I took a large amount of 100% organic cotton clothes and they didn’t take most of it. This was not a big deal but I asked why out of curiosity and the woman, I believe it was the owner or manager, said “ we only accept nice brands”. Apparently Burt’s bees in a poor brand but all of the gap products they had were top of the line. It was the rudeness that was totally unnecessary. I asked another employee about a price for a book because I have poor vision and he rudely said that books everywhere have the price listed in the same place. He said this with a very condescending tone. I explained that I have bad eyesight and the only nice woman working there helped me. I don’t know if they are rude to everyone or if it was racially motivated but they made me feel very unwelcome. The only reason I think it could have been racially motivated is because they were very nice to all the Caucasian customers and I was the only person of color doing shopping. Whatever their reasons, they were not nice people. P.s. I just read another review and apparently someone else felt racial discrimination as well. I guess I’m not alone in feeling treated differently because of the color of my skin. Shameful."

"Silver Moon is a resale shop of new and used items for children's clothing. Looking at the storefront from the street, there is a well-kept garden bed with some ornamental plants. Also, there is a window arrangement with some teddy bears at a tea party. On the sidewalk there is a $1 rack with assorted clothing. The main focus is new stylish clothing for children up to size 8. There are also shoes, hats, books, trinkets, and toys. There are fairy accessories, and hoola hoops. It is a great place to buy a gift for a child. The people that work at Silver Moon are attentive, and listen to parent's feedback, and do their best to meet their requests."
