"My experience at the Irvine showroom was simply fantastic. From the moment I walked in Dal introduced himself and asked how he could help me in my search. He has a very calm and personable demeanor which helped me feel at ease since I truly wasn’t sure what to choose. We tried out several different options and he was patient as I asked lots of questions. I finally decided on the EOS line, as it gave me a mixture of the pillow top feel I’m used to along with a firmness that I like for my back. He even took extra time to make sure I had a proper pillow since I mentioned how my neck had been bothering me. The president’s day sale allowed me to stock up on all the extra items I wanted which included a waterproof protector, pillow protector and a new foundation and frame. I will definitely be back to this location for the amazing attention to customer needs. Thank you Dal for all your help!"

We were looking to buy a mattress for our toddler and I knew a little bit about which mattress we wanted before we had gone into the store. "We had a great experience working with Christian at Naturepedic in Beverly Hills. We went to the store seeking a mattress after placing an order with a competitor who promised us a speedy delivery. After 5 weeks we were still waiting for our mattress and decided to try Naturepedic. Christian exceeded our expectations. He was very patient with us as we tested the various mattress options in the store and was very thorough. We placed the order and received our mattress 2 days later (and after the wrong mattress size was delivered Christian personally drove to our house to bring us the correct size). The customer service we experienced here was superb."
