"Very RUDE cashiers at the pharmacy. Girl Sarah could not be the most uncourteous person in a customer facing role. Gives attitude and ugh eye roll. Message was sent to refill prescription, we replied with YES to refill, early this morning. Came in to pick up at 4:15pm and she has no idea of what she is talking about, says we have no refill, and that we picked up last week at Antioch. I had to go in and showed her the text, she still couldn’t figure it out. Had to go to the back for someone to look in yo it. Come back and says “oh well….. yes we have two prescriptions but we are behind so it will maybe be ready by tomorrow. I said we came in based on the refill text and we replied to get filled. She rolled her eyes and said it again, oh well It won’t be until tomorrow. No courtesy of peoples time and nonchalant attitude. Get better people here!!!"

"Last week, on Wednesday, I placed an order of 45 4x6 photos to be picked up. I am a teacher and needed first day of school photos printed. On Friday, I went to pick up the photos at the CVS on 2nd Street in Brentwood. First of all, no one was at the cash register for about 15 minutes. Then, once she came, she couldn't find my photos. She had to call her supervisor who also couldn't find them in the computer system. Once she checked the photo drawers again, she found them right away under my last name. Turns out, the first employee did not listen when I spelt my last name for her. This all wasted over half an hour, when it should have been a simple pick up considering I already paid for the photos online 2 days previously. THEN, when I looked through my photos, I saw that 18 of them were blank!! This is unbelievable. I will absolutely not be going to this location of CVS ever again. So bummed."

"This is not Jessie Davis, it is Nancy Davis. I am HIGHLY ANGERED that I have called this store THREE TIMES and cannot be connected to a living person to answer a simple question. In the time I've been trying to speak to someone I could have driven there and back home! Please answer the phone or give an option to speak to someone on your recording. Just for the record I love the pharmacy staff. Always kind and helpful. Please revamp your recorded messages. People don't always call just for the pharmacy."
