"Nice little neighborhood wine shop. Good selection of European imports as well as some lesser known domestics. Lots of French, but they cover all the bases with Spain/Portugal, New Zealand/Australia, South America, etc. I didn't recognize a lot of the California wines, but I tried a cab based on the recommendation of the guy working there and was pleasantly surprised. I also came out with some very reasonably priced Bordeauxs and a really solid Rhone blend for like 15 bucks. I will be back next time in the neighborhood."
"While the new female employee is very friendly, the male manager is very cold, rude, and dismissive if you have any questions. Perhaps he is only nice to old, white Piedmont people... The manager at the Rockridge location is way friendlier. Otherwise, good selection of wine at fair prices."
