"Worst customer service I ever experienced. Came in to exchange a few pieces I got as gifts the lady gave me a horrible attitude from the start, when she saw it was past the return date she became even ruder to me, even tho I was very nice. I wanted to exchange the pieces not even return so she wouldn’t have lost any money. My experience overall was horrible would never recommend this stupid store. Go to Neiman Marcus or Bloomingdale’s at least you get treated like a nice human being. If I could give this shop no stars trust me I would. To the owner, be better. UPDATE: To the owners response, I’m not upset about you not taking back the items I’m upset that you had a disgusting attitude towards me before you even knew that the items were past the return date. Fix your attitude and maybe you won’t have as many reviews mentioning your ugly attitude."
