"I won't even give them one star. They did a "bait and switch" today May 5. Item was on the floor in Redlands at $299 as a sale. Went back to the store to by it about an hour later and the price had increased by $60. They were rude and could care less about customer service. The store clerks got mean when we asked why they raised the price in an hours time. There was no time set for the sale to expire. One clerk flipped us the bird when we were getting into our car and kicked the side of our car. More will come of this."
"Crooks. Went in for a piece of furniture and was trying to find a different color in their other stores. When we came back to buy The item they had raised the price by $60. This was in a time span of an hour and a half."
"Pretty big place, just wish they had more variety...the furniture was kinda all the same just different colors. The person who was working there was helpful when we wanted to know the size of a couch."
"We ordered a sofa, love seat and a bed. The lady in the store that helped us was very pleasant and helpful. The prices were very reasonable and the quality was good . The items were ordered and delivery was supposed to be in 1 week, but to our surprise, they were delivered in 2 days. I highly recommend them and will definitely return when I need more furniture in the future."
