"We bought a couch and table from this place. Honestly, I wish we would have looked at other places. Couch is great but was expensive and don't come with the foot rest when it should, but they want to charge an extra $500 for the foot rest . The table I got is nice looking but is not sturdy and seems cheap the more I use it. I paid almost $500 for the table . Don't go to any furniture store in Vallejo, pay extra for good quality. This place you will be paying big bucks for cheap furniture. You will be better off going to Ashley furniture."
"Service was great! I purchased two beautiful power reclining sofa and loveseat in February of this year. I’m rating 1 star because I called to find out their return policy and two associates were rude to me. I was told the return policy is only 30 days. I wish this was told to me when they were gladly taking my money. It’s on me because I should have asked but when you’re excited you forget these things. Oh well this is what happens when I stray away from Ashley’s Furniture. I won’t purchase from them again nor recommend them to anyone I know."

"I purchased a sofa love seat. This was the 3rd set different model. My brother in law sat on the end of the loveseat. Immediately, I heard something crunch. Upon inspection the frame appears to have bent. This too happened to both ends of the couch. I'd only had this set to 2 months. I was told they would give me a numberto a guy for repairs. Nothing he could do."
